📅 Register Today, Run Tomorrow: Register for the Otway Trail Run via the Race Roster site and then mark your calendars for January 12th, 2024, as this signifies the 10 week starting point for the 16km training plan. The 6km runners will commence 2 week later, with an 8 week training plan, on January 26th 2024.

👟 Learn to Run Program: Embarking on your running journey? Although I encourage newbies on these trails, I do recommend completing a Learn to Run program before commencing this training plan. Remember, a training plan is a general guide, not personalised to individual circumstance. If you need to walk sections, then you walk; 6km is still 6km, regardless of how fast you do it!
