About
I started long distance running over a decade ago and haven't looked back. Running is a part of who I am. So, for me, it made perfect sense to become an Accredited Run Coach so I can help other runners achieve their goals.
I've participated in various recreational events, from a Half Marathon through to 5km and 10km's. But, most importantly, I know what it's like to start running for the first time. I've returned to running after 2 pregnancies and a few injuries (not running related!), so I understand that progression takes time... but it is possible with the right guidance and support.
