From our Learn to Run Programs that help beginners build a strong foundation, to the RunStrong program in collaboration with OneMovement that integrates strength training for enhanced performance, each program is designed with your progress in mind. Our online challenges and programs provide the flexibility to train on your schedule, with the added benefit of a connected and vibrant running community.

8-12 Week Plans

Discover the perfect fitness journey with our Personalised Training Plans, tailored specifically for you by an accredited running coach.

 

Following a phone consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and availability, you’ll receive an 8-12 week plan designed to fit your unique needs. This plan includes customised running sessions for beginners aiming for their first 5km or runners targeting a 10km, a strength workout to enhance lower body strength and prevent injuries, and easy-to-follow warm-up and cool-down routines. Additionally, you’ll gain access to mindset tips and tricks to help you stay motivated and go the distance.

RUN CLUB

Local to Birregurra

Are you local to the Colac-Otway area? Come on over to Birregurra on a Sunday at 8am to enjoy a casual group run.

Our sessions are inclusive and everyone can run at their own pace, whilst still maintaining a group run atmosphere.  

Meet outside Otway Artisan most Sundays at 8am. Coffee afterwards to discuss all things running!
