From our Learn to Run Programs that help beginners build a strong foundation, to the RunStrong program in collaboration with OneMovement that integrates strength training for enhanced performance, each program is designed with your progress in mind. Coached Run Sessions in Colac
The CAH Sole Mates running group, a collaborative initiative between myself and Colac Area Health, offers a supportive and engaging environment for runners of all levels in Colac. Our sessions are designed to promote not only physical fitness but also mental well-being, encouraging participants to connect with each other and build a strong community. Each week, we focus on tailored running techniques, incorporating strength training and wellness principles to help members develop sustainable running habits. Local to Birregurra
Are you local to the Colac-Otway area? Come on over to Birregurra on a Sunday at 8am to enjoy a casual group run.
Our sessions are inclusive and everyone can run at their own pace, whilst still maintaining a group run atmosphere.
Meet outside Otway Artisan most Sundays at 8am. Coffee afterwards to discuss all things running!
