Welcome to our wellness coaching program designed specifically for injured runners!
This program is focused on helping you overcome the mindset barriers and negative thoughts that often accompany injury recovery, so that you can make small but impactful changes to your lifestyle and bounce back faster.

Our program is led by an experienced wellness coach who specialises in working with runners. We understand the challenges that injured runners face, both physically and mentally, and are here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to get back on your feet.

Through our program, you'll receive personalised coaching tailored to your specific needs and goals. We'll work together to identify the areas of your life that may be hindering your recovery, and provide you with practical strategies to overcome these obstacles.

This program covers a range of topics, including:

Mindset and self-talk: helping you identify and challenge negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from a full recovery.

Stress management: develop strategies for managing stress and anxiety, which can be especially challenging during injury recovery.

Lifestyle changes: identify small but impactful changes you can make to your daily routine that will support your recovery and improve your overall well-being for the long run.

Habit: implementing your Allied Health rehabilitation program, and making sure you stick to it.

The program is delivered entirely online, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.

Wellness Coaching is a client-centred, collaborative intervention that empowers individuals to make lasting lifestyle changes to benefit their health. Using evidence based motivational interviewing techniques and positive psychology, coaches support their clients to change aspects of their lives that are no longer serving them well, on their own terms.

My role as a Coach is to listen intensely to what you want, reflect, and work closely with you to develop an action plan that is based around your strengths and values.
